RETURN, EXCHANGE & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Do you want to exchange an item for a different size, colour or product, return your purchase for a refund, or use your legal right of withdrawal?

You have up to 14 days after delivery to start either process. Choose below.

Exchange

Enter your order number and e-mail address, select the item you want to exchange and choose what you would like to receive instead. We will e-mail you the return instructions, and your replacement is sent to you free of charge as soon as your package reaches us. If you exchange for a more expensive item, you can pay the difference straight away.

Refund

Log in with the e-mail address you used for your order, select the items you want to send back and submit your request. We will e-mail you the return instructions. Once your return has arrived at our location and has been approved, it can take up to 5 working days to receive your refund via the same payment method.

Return conditions

• Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging, with hangtags still attached, if the product has hangtags
• Custom-printed items (custom back print, custom polaroid and custom monochrome designs) are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Use the Refund option above, or contact us.
